Our client is a distributor and manufacturer of office supplies of well-known global brands (Eleven, Citizen, Berlingo, Centropen,...). CDC PL (Citizen Distribution Center Polska) is active throughout Europe. The company's headquarters and central warehouse are located in Silesia. Due to the development, we are looking for another person to work at the company's headquarters in Katowice, for the position of Sales Department Support Specialist (m/f).

WE WILL EMPLOY A PERSON WITH:

• Minimum secondary education, preferably higher education in economics or commerce;
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in working in a sales, export, sales support department in a trading company;
  
• Knowledge of English and Russian at a minimum level. B2 enabling free verbal and written communication;
  
• Experience in managing the order process;
  
• Advanced competences in using MS Office programs, including a very good level of Excel;
  
• Ability to establish and maintain contacts with clients, suppliers and contractors;
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills;
• Negotiation skills, creativity and initiative in action;
• Organizational skills and the ability to work both in a group and individually;
• Stress resistance
• Driving license.
