Sales Support Specialist in MODUS X

We started and continue to support the digital transformation of DTEK, which became the first in the energy industry of Ukraine on the path of large-scale digital transformation. Currently, we have separated into a separate company to share our experience and expertise externally, remaining an IT support for those who bring light and contribute to the recovery of the country.

We are currently looking for a Tender Specialist who will coordinate the work of internal teams in preparation for tenders, analyze tender documentation and prepare convincing proposals.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of public and private platforms of target customers to identify relevant tenders.
• Identification and evaluation of tender opportunities that correspond to the company's services and strategic goals.
• Preparation and timely submission of tender documentation.
• Coordination with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
• Collaboration with procurement specialists of potential customers to establish and maintain relationships.
• Prepare commercial proposals, contracts and other necessary documentation to participate in tenders.
• Careful maintenance and updating of the customer database in the CRM system.
• Preparation of regular reports on tender activities and results.
• Analysis of market trends and activities of competitors to identify new opportunities.

• Tracking and reporting on the results of participation in tenders and achievement of set goals.

• Experience in participating in tenders in the IT industry as a seller or buyer.
• Experience in establishing cooperation with donor organizations will be an advantage.
• Project management and budgeting skills.
• Ability to assess risks and thoroughly document processes.
• Ability to remain effective under tight deadlines and high expectations.
• li>Ability to balance the needs and interests of different parties and manage potential conflicts.
• Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and change, adapting to different situations.
• Understanding IT services market trends.< /li>
• Analytical skills, ability to work with large volumes of data and find insights in them.
• Ability to negotiate, work with objections and solve complex issues.

• Perfect command of Ukrainian; in English - at the B1+ level.
