Sales Support Specialist in bakotech

See more about us in social networks :) What to do: Accompanying and supporting the sales process by solving current issues in various directions; Work with external and internal documentation (preparation of CP, writing authorization letters, assistance in drawing up tender documentation); CRM administration: placing orders, entering and updating data about partners and customers, control over basic parameters, development of improvements and interaction with the development department, writing instructions, adaptation of new business processes for CRM; Analysis of key business indicators, creation and control of dashboards; Communication with representatives of manufacturers, partners and customers. Our candidate: Experienced user of MS Office package (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, etc.); Speaks English at a level no lower than Intermediate; Experience with Power BI will be a significant advantage; A team player who knows how to work for results; Has a creative approach to solving tasks; Able to learn quickly; Has excellent communication skills and an active lifestyle; Systematically, attentively and scrupulously approaches work.
