SE KK "Roshen" is the central office of the ROSHEN Confectionery Corporation: a strategic, analytical and operational center that ensures effective coordination of all business processes of the company.
Main duties:
1. Organization and control of document flow with partners
- Checking the calculation and agreement with the network of the amount of compensation and promotion periods
- Coordination with the network of the cost of the provided marketing services
- Preparation of documents for the network, in accordance with accounting requirements and deadlines.
2. Planning and control of the execution of the "assortment matrix" (hereinafter AM)
- Introduction of changes to the AM, control of its relevance
- Preparation of a proposal for the rotation of the assortment, based on the analysis of the expediency of introducing/extracting SKUs into/from the AM
- Determining and providing the KAM with the calculation of the optimal stock of products.
3. Planning and control of the "Promo schedule"
- Distribution of the volume of the national promo: periods, networks, groups, SKUs
- Preparation of proposals and agreement with the KAM of the volumes, periods and conditions of the PROMO
- Control PROMO: shipment of promotional goods, start of promotional activity, correctness of the promotional price on the shelf.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher education (economic, financial, marketing)
- 2 years of work experience as a sales analyst, KAM assistant, trade marketing specialist
- Basic knowledge in the field of sales, marketing, FMCG
- Excellent knowledge of Excel (working with summary tables, formulas), 1C
- Ability to collect, structure and analyze data, plan and forecast.
