The "CleanUp" group of companies is looking for an employee - we are engaged in the distribution of household products and household chemicals.
We are looking for an attentive and responsible employee to join our team, who will help us process customer orders efficiently. If you like order in documents and know how to work with numbers - we are waiting for you! We are not looking for an accountant, but it is important to us that you understand the difference between an invoice and an invoice. We will teach you the specifics of our program.
What is important to us: Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel (work with tables, filters, simple formulas). Work with databases: experience in CRM systems or accounting programs (1C / BAS) will be a big advantage (or willingness to learn quickly). Understanding the basics of document management: knowledge of what an account is, an expense invoice, a reconciliation report (minimum knowledge of accounting). Attention to detail, responsibility, competent language.
What you will do: Reception and processing of incoming orders (phone, mail, messengers). Entering orders into the accounting database and monitoring their execution. Preparation of accompanying documents for shipment (registers, invoices, invoices). Managing the client base and keeping it up-to-date. Creation of simple reports in Excel at the request of the manager.
Working schedule: Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (or from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Salary: from 25,000. Official employment / paid vacation. Training and support at the stage of internship - we will show and tell everything. Comfortable office at the address: Budindustrii Street 9.
