• have experience working with customers

• know the ethics of business communication
• have high communication skills, communicated at different levels
• used English at work

Mandatory requirement:

• level of English Upper-Intermediate (B2) 

Responsibilities will include:

• work with the sales manager, support and support of all processes
• preparation and adaptation of the necessary commercial documents
• participation in the preparation of presentations and materials for clients
• documentary support of the agreement (invoicing, conclusion of the contract, control of payments)
• control of product shipment composition of finished products
• keeping a database of customers and contracts
• working with customer requests, helping to solve problems
