PRAT "ABINBEV EFES UKRAINE" successfully works and develops in Ukraine, and is a joint venture of the world's largest brewing company Anheuser-Busch InBev, as well as the largest brewing company of Turkey, Anadolu Efes. We are announcing the vacant position of Sales Supervisor in Nizhyn (the title of the position according to the staffing schedule is Senior Sales Specialist).
Main duties:
- Management and coordination of the sales process in the retail network in the assigned territory;
- Process management maintenance and monitoring of the database of retail outlets in the territory;
- Expansion of distribution and increasing the market share of the Company and its trademarks in the assigned territory;
- Control of reports of sales representatives, audit of reports;
- Working with problematic retail, providing assistance to sales representatives in negotiations in critical situations;
- Leading a team of sales representatives to ensure of sales;
- Timely and high-quality planning, reporting and analysis of the distribution situation of AB InBev Efes brands and competitors in the area of responsibility;
- Setting goals for exclusive sales representatives of the distributor on a monthly basis, as well as operational goals for the week, day;
- Constant work to find reserves to increase sales, distribution and market share of AB InBev Efes products. Optimization of costs.
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher education in economics / management / marketing;
- Work experience of at least 2 years in the field of FMCG sales;
- Skills in working with a personal computer, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint programs;
- Driver's license category B, driving experience at least 2 years;
- Analytical abilities, sociability, flexibility;
- Aspiration for self-development.
