PRAT "ABINBEV EFES UKRAINE" successfully works and develops in Ukraine, and is a joint venture of the world's largest brewing company Anheuser-Busch InBev, as well as the largest brewing company of Turkey, Anadolu Efes. We are announcing the vacant position of Sales Supervisor in the city of Podilsk (the title of the position according to the staffing schedule is Senior Sales Specialist).
Main duties:
- Management and coordination of the sales process in retail stores in the assigned territory;
- Expanding distribution and increasing the market share of the Company and its brands in the assigned territory;
- Leading a team of sales representatives of the distributor to ensure sales;
- Control reports of the distributor's sales representatives, audit of reports;
- Providing assistance to the distributor's sales representatives in negotiations with difficult customers;
- Managing the process of maintaining and monitoring the database of retail outlets in the territory;
- Timely and high-quality planning, reporting and analysis of the distribution situation of ABInBev Efes brands and competitors in the territory of responsibility;
- Setting goals for sales representatives to representatives of the distributor on a monthly basis, as well as operational goals for the week, day, etc.;
- Constant work to find opportunities to increase sales, distribution and market share of ABInBev Efes products.
Requirements for candidates:
- Experience in FMCG sales;
- At least 2 years of team management experience is an advantage;
- Skills PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint);
- Category B driver's license, at least 2 years of driving experience;
- Analytical skills, communication, flexibility, self-organization and multi-functionality;
- Aspiration for self-development.
