As a specialist in the Customer Support Team, you will shape the experience of customer-caregivers on our platform in Poland. Our requirements Very good knowledge of German at B2/C1 level, students of German studies welcome. Experience in client consulting, sales or business development preferred. Ability to learn quickly, charismatic, self-confident and ability to take initiative. Solution orientation. Good knowledge of English will be an additional advantage. Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Hubspot will be advantageous.
