Join us in the role of Sales Specialist in the Uklon Advertising team, Business Development department in Kyiv .

Hiring process:

Introduction, interview with the manager and the final meeting.

How exactly you can influence the development of the company:

• lead current B2B clients and expand the client base of the project < br/>• organize sales to advertising agencies
• implement the agreed sales plan, KPIs and achieve set goals
• manage the sales process and document flow
• participate in profile events for networking and presentation of services for potential customers


Challenges for three months:
• successful onboarding to the team and company, studying the product and processes
• establishing and scaling cooperation with the largest advertising agencies of Ukraine < br/>• fulfillment of personal KPIs (revenue, B2B clients, orders)

To achieve results, you will need:

• 3+ years of sales experience
• experience working with advertising products , digital products will be an advantage
• successful cases of expanding the client base (B2B), establishing long-term relationships with clients
• confident negotiation skills for the sale of services
• ability to prepare and conduct presentations
• skills in working with CRM systems will be a plus
• knowledge of English will be an advantage
• orientation to results and communication skills


How do you regulate your working hours?
• you can plan your work schedule independently, however, to be effective, we have a mandatory joint working time - business hours, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with retention of remuneration)
• day off on your birthday as a company gift
• day off for blood donation

How will you pump your skills at Uklon?
• internal trainings, workshops, hackathons, knowledge sharing, etc.

• attending webinars, lectures with the participation of company speakers, etc.
