Establish partnerships with employees of retail outlets Achieve standards of product representation in retail outlets Ensure optimal balances and the availability of a full range of products in retail outlets Ensure quality communication with distributor representatives, conduct negotiations Monitor the operating environment and market practices Necessary Experience, Skills and Skills Higher education Desired work experience as a sales representative / in the sales department (FMCG and tobacco business - will be an advantage) From 2 years of driving experience, category "B" license Fluency in the Ukrainian language Microsoft Office skills (focus on Excel) Personal maturity Ability to learn quickly Effective communication skills and organizational skills Ability to persuade and successfully conduct the negotiation process Independence and responsibility As a responsible employer, JTI Ukraine keeps military records of all conscripted employees.
