Sales representative with own car in Master Service

Master Service is an international operator in the field of car service, spare parts and equipment with over 25 years of experience in Ukraine. We are changing the culture of the auto repair market and are looking for experienced sales professionals to join our team!

What do we do?

•  Professional car service and unit repair
• Sale of new, restored and used units for cars (wholesale and retail)
• Production of special equipment and tools for service stations
• Diagnostics, maintenance and repair of electric cars and hybrids

What do we offer?

• Stable salary + bonuses based on sales results
• Trial period - 35,000 UAH
• After the trial period - min. and KRI
• Working schedule:  Mon-Fri: 09:00-18:00  2 Saturdays per month: 09:00-15:00

What needs to be done?

• Visit company partners on an approved schedule
• Expand the client base and maintain long-term relations with existing customers
• Negotiate and conclude contracts
• Execute sales plan and work with customer objections
• Promote new company products and services
• Keep reporting and analyze performance results

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate with 1 year or more sales experience (experience as a sales representative in the field of auto parts will be an advantage)
• A person who knows how to negotiate, deal with objections and close deals until closing
• Specialist with understanding of car structure and knowledge of auto parts
• Confident PC user (CRM, Excel, 1C - will be a plus)
• Motivated salesperson seeking high income and professional development
