In your zone responsibilities will be:
- Conduct an analysis of the secured territory (Lviv region, directions: Yavoriv, Novoyavorivsk, Krakovets, Zhovkva, Rava-Ruska, Radehiv and part of the city of Lviv) and identify opportunities for effective business management
- Plan and carry out daily visits to outlets in the established territory and report on the results of the visit
- Establish partnerships with employees of outlets
- Achieve standards representation of products in retail outlets
- Ensure optimal balances and the availability of a full range of products in outlets
- Ensure quality communication with distributor representatives, conduct negotiations
- Monitor the operating environment and market practices

Who are we looking for? As a professional, you have:
- Higher education
- Desirable experience working as a sales representative / in the sales department (FMCG and tobacco business will be an advantage)
- From 2 years of driving experience, category "B" license
- Fluency in the Ukrainian language
- Microsoft Office skills (focus on Excel)
- Personal maturity
- Ability to learn quickly
- Effective communication skills and organizational skills
- Ability to persuade and successfully conduct the negotiation process
- Independence and responsibility
- For conscripts - availability of current military registration documents
