The Role

We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be identifying and generating new business opportunities. You will research and prospect potential clients, qualify leads, and engage in strategic outbound outreach to establish initial conversations. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. This role will primarily involve working with French-speaking clients.

What you’ll do

As a BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers and an ambassador for the company, reaching out to senior decision-makers in the commercial real estate industry.

In particular, you’ll be;

  • Prospecting 
  • Cold calling/emailing
  • Account mapping
  • Coordinating meetings with prospects

In this role, you’ll work closely with the sales lead and support each other to make our new business campaigns for the region successful. 

What you’ll bring to the table

  • Being fluent in both English and French (business standard). An additional European language would be an added appeal to us.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) is desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) is desirable
  • Genuine passion for Sales
