About the Role Are you a motivated individual eager to kick-start your career in sales , with a drive to generate sales qualified leads? We are actively seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team, focusing on outbound prospecting to support our regional sales pipelines, specifically targeting the DACH market. We are looking for a results-driven individual with a knack for a methodical approach and a passion for connecting with people. Your role will involve actively engaging with real estate investment funds, large coworking operators, and major landlord companies, identifying and qualifying their needs to support their digital transformation. The DACH market is a strategic direction for us, so you will have an impact on shaping the future trajectory of our company. Your ideas will be valued, your contributions recognized, and your potential unleashed. Business fluency in German is a must, as this role requires fluent communication with decision-makers in the German market. This is a B2B role. Where Time is Spent? You'll dedicate 100% of your time to prospecting and related activities , with your primary objective being to reach monthly targets for Sales Accepted Leads (SAL’s) generated through outbound efforts. Prospecting Mastery - execute a diversified prospecting strategy, meaning you have a balanced approach to tactics, and not relying on just one. A typical day will have you trying a variety of prospecting channels: phone (this involves both true cold outreach, and nurturing warm prospects), text, email, social, events/networking, in-person, inbound, referrals , lead nurturing. Planning and Administration Expertise - the other critical aspect of prospecting is preparation, research and database/CRM management. It is essential to maximising efficiency and effectiveness. You will be spending time: building prospecting lists, research, pre-call planning, developing proposals and presentations, CRM management, creating contracts, admin, email, calendar management. Business Development Support - supporting Account Executives and Sales Directors on specific opportunities. This is a great opportunity to be involved in the later stages of the sales cycle and to work with experienced sales professionals. You will also get to interact with key decision-makers & C-level executives within the industry. This work includes: booking meetings, note taking, reporting. Is It You? We are looking for a dynamic individual who fits the bill: Proven experience and a natural knack in the realm of sales . Proficiency in various prospecting method s, including phone (Cold and Warm leads), text, email, social media, referrals, and Lead Nurturing. Highly organised with an analytical mindset . Demonstrates a strong work ethic that goes above and beyond. Possesses the confidence to work autonomously and make impactful decisions . Highly motivated to achieve goals . Boasts outstanding communication skills . Fluent in both English and German (business standard). Additional European languages would be an added appeal to us. If you possess experience and expertise in the Property industry/commercial real estate, SAAS (Software as a Service) Technology, and B2B marketing, coupled with fluency in Polish or another European language, you are the perfect match for us.
