Bauer’s Implants is looking for a regional Automotive Sales Manager in Dnipro and the region.

Requirements:

• Mandatory direct sales experience of at least 1 year;
• Knowledge of sales techniques and tools;
• Experience of working with customer objections;
• Conducting meetings, negotiations, presentations;
• Knowledge of 1C;
• Own a car!

Responsibilities:

• Finding and attracting new clients;
• Implementation of the sales plan;
• Cold calls and meetings with dentists;
• Conducting negotiations with the aim of selling products;
• Consulting doctors (ability to learn about the features of using the product, conducting master classes);
• Forming orders;
• Participation and organization of promotional events (seminars, conferences, exhibitions);
• Interaction with the Company's departments with the aim of fulfilling assigned tasks;
• Maintenance of working and reporting documentation;
• Conducting business negotiations of various levels, the ability to convince others with the help of arguments and follow-up communication, as well as develop partnership relations;
• Maintaining the current state of customer data in the information systems;
