The company Imex Top 32, a renowned distributor of Italian ceramic tiles, is looking for an ambitious and success-oriented candidate for the position of Sales Representative. If you have experience in direct sales, are dynamic and have a passion for working with customers, please apply!

Important:

This job is not an office job. You won't be sitting on the phone and acting as a one-person CC to acquire contractors. The work is mobile/field work.

We are looking for a person who in his current job has direct contact with investors, developers and architects. A person who is not afraid to put on their wellies and walk around the construction site to make contact. You do not need to have specific experience in selling the products we offer. The most important criterion is experience in direct sales (construction industry welcome).

You don't have to be afraid of the first days or weeks at work. That's why we planned to implement a new person to teach you everything related to our product. If you are familiar with direct sales, let us introduce you to our world of products!

We will provide you with all the required tools to get your job done (including a company car), as well as access to the tool , which will allow you to locate "what is being built or will be built" in the Tricity.

What do we have to offer?

• Any form of employment (the first 3 months are a trial period)
• Basic salary : during the trial period PLN 5,500 gross, after the trial period PLN 6,000 gross
• Bonus for results achieved (you will learn its details during the recruitment meeting)
• Company car
• Flexible working hours (for us, a person responsible for contact with clients cannot work from to. This does not mean, of course, that there is no time for yourself and your family. We want to be able to combine these two worlds so that they do not conflict with ourselves, but we leave it to you. You manage your time and set your daily schedule)
• Medical package

The recruitment process consists of 2 stages:  An interview with a recruiter and then a meeting at the company's headquarters with the owner and a person from the sales department.

The ideal candidate has:

• Experience in working directly with investors/contractors/architects/developers
• Knowledge of the industry (tiles ceramics/bathroom fittings/electrical and plumbing materials welcome)
• Communication skills
• Empathy
• Ease of establishing contacts and maintaining relationships

• Consistency
• Good organization of working time
