In your area of responsibility will be:

• Conduct an analysis of the established territory in the city of Lutsk, Volyn region (the city of Volodymyr) and identify opportunities for effective business.
• Plan and carry out daily visits to retail outlets in the established territory and report on the results of the visit
• Establish partnerships with employees of retail outlets
• Achieve product representation standards in retail outlets
• Ensure optimal balances and availability of a full range of products in outlets
• Ensure quality communication with distributor representatives, conduct negotiations
• Monitor the operating environment and market practices

Required experience, skills and abilities:

• Higher education
• Desirable work experience as a sales representative / in the sales department (FMCG and tobacco business - will be an advantage)
• From 2 years of driving experience, license category "B"
• Fluency in Ukrainian in language
• Microsoft Office skills (focus on Excel)
• Personal maturity
• Ability to learn quickly
• Effective communication skills and organizational skills
• Ability convince and successfully conduct the negotiation process
• Independence and responsibility
