Online education is an explosive industry that is growing rapidly worldwide. We are part of Laba Group, an international EdTech company that creates educational projects in the fields of business, IT and creativity. And now we are looking for a Sales Manager who will help our customers take a step towards new opportunities - from "I'm still thinking" to "I'm taking!" 600">Laba is a new generation business school with courses from experts from Google, Netflix, Deloitte;

  • Skvot is a school for creatives that collaborates with the best in advertising, media, and art;
  • robot_dreams is a platform for growth in IT: Data Science, AI, ML, gamedev and other technologies.

  • Which brand you will work with - we will determine together after getting to know each other at the selection stage. Each brand has its own atmosphere, course topics and audience, and we will choose the best option for you.

    Your tasks:

    • work with incoming leads - advise clients, help choose a course for their goals;
    • develop relationships with the existing client base, offer relevant products;
    • immerse yourself in course topics - from marketing, finance and design to IT, ML and AI;
    • run a CRM system (HubSpot) - update information in time;
    • communicate with customers in messengers and mail;
    • implement the sales plan and set new records together with the team.

    We will definitely work if you:

    • ready to work in an office in Kyiv (Podil) from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
    • you are driven by results and want to earn a lot;
    • you want to learn system sales and are not afraid of scripts;
    • you are interested in online education, technologies, business or creative;
    • learn easily, adapt and give 120%;
    • communicate in Ukrainian perfectly;
    • have experience in sales or customer service - it will be a plus, but not necessary.

    What about money? 

    Start: beginners usually start with 30,000+ UAH/month.

    After 2–3 months — 50–60,000 UAH, and top managers receive 100,000–150,000+ UAH/month.

    There is no limit - everything depends on you.

    Inoz possessionEnglish (from level B2) is an added bonus, but not a mandatory requirement.
