Our expectations towards you:
- You have experience in sales or service client(Meaning you can talk to people and present your arguments substantively).
- Commitment and determination are your strengths(i.e. you know how to take the initiative and actively work on projects in your team)
- Do you speak English at a very good level, both spoken and written (so you can simply communicate with a foreign client, and we cooperate with many companies).
- Do you want to become an expert in the field of recruitment(You may not know this yet, come to us and see if being a headhunter and changing the professional lives of our candidates for the better is not is your destiny!)
- You have experience in one of the following industries: manufacturing, engineering, operations, construction, logistics, energy, IT, SSC/BPO, sales, reatil, marketing, e-commerce , FMCG, pharmacy, finance, accounting, HR, law(In human terms: thanks to your professional experience, you will be able to fluently navigate topics related to your industry and thus talk to candidates and clients on a partnership basis).
As a Sales & Recruitment Specialist:
- You search for, identify and contact candidates (using our database and available nrecruitment tools)
- You actively look for business opportunities (you research the market, analyze customer needs, present services, negotiate)
- You build a network of contacts, use it to acquire candidates and potential customers, < /li>
- You become an expert in your field and receive high bonuses for placements (employment) and acquired clients.

What does the recruitment process look like?
- You submit an application.
- You will be contacted by Marta from the HR Department, who will conduct an initial interview with you.
- Then we will invite you for an interview with the Division Director.
- When both parties are satisfied with the course of the talks, there will be nothing left to do but arrange a date to start cooperation! :)
