As a Recruitment Consultant:

• You are looking for, identifying and contacting candidates in the IT area (using our database and available recruitment tools) - we will teach you everything!
• You are actively looking for business opportunities (you research the market, analyze customer needs, present services, negotiate )
• You build a network of contacts, you use it to...acquiring candidates and potential clients,
• You become an expert in your field and receive high bonuses for placements (employment) and acquired clients.
