We are looking for our best Sales Quality Control Specialist to play an important role in evaluating the quality of our sales team's work in their interactions with customers. You will monitor incoming/outgoing calls, emails and chats to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. In addition, you will contribute to the development, creation and implementation of quality processes that will directly impact revenue growth.

Your qualities and skills that will be valuable:

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Control, training, coaching or sales
• Mastery of sales processes including milestones and objectives
• Experience with key metrics and performance indicators
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong listening and analytical skills
• Effective time management
• Willingness to work in a multi-tasking, proactive environment focused on team collaboration
• High proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, Slides , Forms and CRM systems
• Critical thinking and a systematic approach to work with an emphasis on high quality standards

Your tasks will be as follows: < /p>

• You will spend the first month of your work in the role of sales manager to immerse yourself in the product, our features and the atmosphere
• On a regular basis, you will listen to incoming and outgoing calls to make sure application of the correct sales techniques
• It will be important to monitor the results of the team's work and provide feedback both at the individual and at the team level
• It will be important to qualitatively fill out quality control checklists for further analysis

• One of the tasks is to develop instructions, processes, standards that will improve the quality of communication with clients and lead to better results
• Also, it will be necessary to prepare and analyze internal quality reports
