You will be responsible for monitoring inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as to assess sales managers' performance. Additionally, you will contribute to the development, creation, and implementation of quality processes and procedures influencing revenue growth after correcting mistakes.What will you need to succeed:2+ years of experience in QA, training, coaching, or sales requiredProficiency in sales processes, including key stages and goalsExperience with key metrics and process effectiveness indicatorsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsSelf-motivated and proactive mindsetStrong listening and analytical skillsEffective time management abilitiesCapability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAdvanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, and CRM systemsCritical thinking and a systematic approach to work with a focus on high-quality standardsYour tasks will be:Listen to incoming and outgoing calls to ensure the application of correct sales techniques.Complete quality assurance checklists for further analysis.Contribute to the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards.Conduct call monitoring and provide trend data to the Team Leads and Head of Sales.Monitor team performance and deliver detailed feedback at both team and individual levels.Prepare and analyze internal quality reports.Develop, update, and maintain team scorecards and rating scales.What you'll find when working at Mate:A mission to help 1M of people to start their careers in tech;No bureaucracyFreedom to make own decisions and influence businessUnlimited paid vacation;A cozy office in the center of Kyiv, completely autonomous and ready to work in any force majeure in winter.
