We are looking for our best Sales Quality Assurance Specialist who will play a crucial role in evaluating the performance quality of our sales team in their interactions with customers. You will be responsible for monitoring inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as to assess sales managers' performance. Additionally, you will contribute to the development, creation, and implementation of quality processes and procedures influencing revenue growth after correcting mistakes. What will you need to succeed: 2+ years of experience in QA, training, coaching, or sales required Proficiency in sales processes, including key stages and goals Experience with key metrics and process effectiveness indicators Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Self-motivated and proactive mindset Strong listening and analytical skills Effective time management abilities Capability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, and CRM systems Critical thinking and a systematic approach to work with a focus on high-quality standards Your tasks will be: Listen to incoming and outgoing calls to ensure the application of correct sales techniques. Complete quality assurance checklists for further analysis. Contribute to the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards. Conduct call monitoring and provide trend data to the Team Leads and Head of Sales. Monitor team performance and deliver detailed feedback at both team and individual levels. Prepare and analyze internal quality reports. Develop, update, and maintain team scorecards and rating scales.
