Lead Project/Sales Manager

We are a development company with successful experience in the international market, currently actively developing the direction of interior design.

We are looking for a manager who will lead architectural projects from the briefing to implementation and will represent the client's interests to the technical team.

Requirements

• Confident English (communication with media)
• Experience in ArchiCAD (or alternatives)
• Visualization skills in 3ds Max
• Responsibility and ability to structure information

Responsibilities

• Management of the client from the first meeting to the handover of the project
• Conducting briefings and gathering information
• Compilation of TOR for the team and execution control
• Coordination between the client and the technical team
• Presenting results and maintaining documentation

Conditions

• Remote work, flexible schedule
• Possibility of part-time
• Work with foreign projects
• 1st month: rate $1000 (trial)
• From the 2nd month: bet $1000 + 3% of your customers' turnover
