- Recruitment process: 1-stage (one-hour remote meeting with future supervisor)

Responsibilities:
- Acting as an independent specialist in the sales department, where your direct superior is the company's CEO
- Measuring the effectiveness of sales and offer processes
- Analyzing data and sales materials (documentation, presentations)
- Participating in meetings with the technical pre-sales team
- Proposing changes/corrections (taking care of Sales Force Effectiveness)
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in the field of service sales IT
- Commercial knowledge of the financial / banking market - a necessary requirement.
- High soft skills and the ability to quickly adapt to a new work environment.
- Knowledge of English (at least B2+/C1- level).
- Passion and interest in the IT industry.
- Welcome: experience in implementing CRM systems.
