Responsibilities:

• Support and development of existing sales processes
• Implementation of new processes
• Coordinating technical issues, requirements, deadlines for future projects
• CRI setup for sales processes
• Analytics of quantitative and qualitative indicators of sales
• Preparation of presentations for management
• Collection of information to improve business processes
• Coordination of the plan and course of tenders assigned to the department
• Accounting of contracts, acts, applications, protocols

Requirements:

• Possession of practical knowledge of description of business processes, their optimization
• Experience working in a call center will be an advantage
• Knowledge of methods of collection, processing and analysis of statistical information
• Proficient command of programs: Excel, Power Point
• Compliance with the company's corporate values
• Willingness to learn and develop
