  1. Manages the process of creating an average and long-term finished product forecasts at the category level for all sales channels for a given category..
  2. Responsible for historical baseline.
  3. Identifies significant differences in sales baseline within their category by analyzing previous periods (sales channel/item).
  4. Conducts monthly review and analysis of prior period sales, interacts with Lead Sales Planning Engineers to make adjustments.
  5. Manages innovation plans. Monitors the timely launch of demand for innovations, analyzes volumes, controls the enrichment of innovation forecasts by a certain category.
  6. Regularly compares the previous and current versions of the monthly forecast. Analyzes forecast variance at the SKU/channel level.
  7. Conducts seasonality analysis by sales channels/categories. Monitors the correctness of seasonality coefficients in the demand planning tool


Requirements for candidates:

    < li>Higher education (technical or economic)
  1. Work experience of at least 1 year in a similar position in the FMCG supply chain.
  2. Basic level of English;
  3. PC skills at the level of a confident user (MS Office, Outlook, a confident user of Excel, knowledge of Power query and Power pivot will be an advantage);
  4. Know the structure of the process and the order of planning aboutdonations;
  5. Be able to analytically process the received information to compile analyzes and develop sales plans;
