Overview: VinAssessment.com is seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Assistant from Ukraine to join our sales team. VinAssessment.com provides comprehensive vehicle history reports and other services to car dealers, helping them make informed decisions and build trust with their customers. This person will play a crucial role in rescheduling meetings and identifying outbound business opportunities, acting as a key point of contact for potential customers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating in English, engaging in both scripted and unscripted conversations, and building a strong rapport with car dealers and automotive professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Follow short scripts while also being able to engage in genuine unscripted conversations. Educate and build a strong rapport with automotive professionals.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through research and various outreach methods, including phone calls and emails.
- Qualify Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and determine their fit for our products and services.
- Appointment Setting: Reschedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and lead interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting and nurturing leads.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on activities and results.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Exceptional communication skills in English.
- Ability to engage in both scripted and unscripted conversations.
- Strong research skills to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Proficient in using CRM software and maintaining data integrity.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
