• Fluent Romanian, min. on C1 level or higher.
• Fluent English, min. B2.
• Excellent communication skills - building structured and detailed answers, answering to the point, building good rapport with the interlocutor, good energy.
• Sales skills or potential for sales - not being afraid to call strangers, easy to communicate, eagerness to learn (sales experience is not a must).
• Flexibility to adapt to changes.
• Good understanding of targets/goal driven personality - understanding what targets are and pressure that may come with them, motivation to achieve goals.
• Analytical skills - candidates might struggle during the training and then on the job if they do not know how to analyze charts/data etc.
• Computer literacy - MS Office and Google tools.
