Requirements for the candidate:
Experience in sales or trade marketing (work with national or local networks will be an advantage).
Ability to negotiate and build long-term partnerships relations.
Developed analytical skills, ability to work with data and plan sales.
Skills of team management and organization of the educational process.
Confident command of a PC and standard office programs.
High level of self-organization, focus on results.
Main responsibilities:
Coordinating and necessary implementation of the strategies of the commercial department in the region.
Effective implementation of the strategy of the commercial department in accordance with the overall marketing strategy.
Conducting negotiations with clients regarding the range, placement and representation of products in established networks/TTs, as well as conducting promotions.
Cooperation with the trade marketing department on product promotion, planning of promotions, provision of equipment and advertising materials.
Signing, control and effective use of distribution agreements, supply contracts, etc.
Execution control conditions of cooperation with clients, including control of receivables, through evaluation of team work, audits and visits to sales points.
Planning of sales volume in accordance with analytics and strategies of the sales department.
Organization and support of team training system, development of high-potential employees.
Timely submission of reports in accordance with requirements management.
Control over the turnover of advertising equipment and materials in distributors' warehouses.
Development and implementation of a training plan for employees.
Working conditions:
