Novoplex is a group of companies that develop iGaming products and provide services in various areas of performance marketing.

We are currently looking for our ideal Sales Manager to join our team to grow as many and as high quality VIP users of our products as possible.

What you will do:
• Work with a warm customer base, which is attached to the manager and is constantly replenished, which includes warm calls and correspondence;
• Selling the product to our customers with the goal of increasing them to higher levels and keeping them on the project;
• Solving incoming questions from the client.

What you will need for this:
• Knowledge of sales techniques and structure (how the sales process goes, needs, client closure);
• Fluency in English and German at the B2+ level;
• Good communication skills;
• Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets
• Analytical mindset, proactive, structured and responsible;
• Ability to organize yourself and manage your working time;
• Availability to work from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
