This is a role for a person with a sense of style, an understanding of the value of luxury products and the ability to speak the "one language" with the client. We need someone who does not wait for opportunities, but creates them himself: proactive, persuasive, disciplined and results-oriented.


Format of work

office in Warsaw, 5/2 from 10:00 a.m. to 19:00, full time. It is important to be present during the recording, as well as visits to clients


Financial reward

5,000 zl rate + % of margin from each sale. Opportunity to earn €2,000 - 3,000

What we expect from you

  • Experience in selling high-ticket products: watches, cars, jewelry, real estate, banking products.
  • Competent language, charisma and a high culture of communication with customers of the luxury segment.
  • Fluent command of Ukrainian, Russian and Polish; English is at a confident level.
  • Orientation on the result and service of the "feel special" level.
  • Attention and regularity in working with CRM.
  • Confidentiality and correctness in monetary and bank calculations and work with accompanying documents.


Basic duties

  • Actively attract customers in the premium segment without waiting for incoming traffic.
  • Communicate with HNW audience: confident, delicate communication, work with objections.
  • Work with luxury watches and accessories that can be an investment, emotion or as a gift.
  • Find contacts through clubs, Instagram, community, networking, partners in private banking and events and initiate a dialogue.
  • Close turnkey deals: from the first message to the transfer/delivery of the watch to the client.
  • Work with repeat sales: after-sales support, follow-up, informing about new arrivals/exclusives, personalized offers.
  • Maintain the sales funnel in CRM, record contacts and analyze the sources of deals.
  • Propose ideas for collaborations, events, partnerships and club activities.
