Sales Manager / Vertrieb (German, remote) in Nadishow

A small creative company from Germany, specializing in the organization of children's parties and entertainment programs, is looking for a Sales Manager (Vertrieb) to work with customers and form commercial offers.

We are growing and looking for someone who knows how to persuade, negotiate and close deals, especially over the phone.

Your tasks:

• processing incoming requests from customers (Germany);

requirements:

• German language - level C1 or higher (B2, unfortunately, is not enough);

• confident oral communication, no fear of telephone conversations;

• sales skills or a natural ability to "sell";

• responsibility and quick response to applications (on the day of receipt);

• willingness to work for result.

Please note: The working language within the team is Russian.

It will be an advantage:

• experience in telephone sales or working with customers;

• humanities or language education;

• young age (approximately 25-27 years old), but we will also consider other strong candidates.

Working conditions:

• part-time employment, without rigid schedule or changes;

• principle of work: application came - processed;

• possibility to combine with studies or other work;

• vacation - by agreement.




Payment:

• €200 fixed / month;

• + 5% from each sale.

At the moment, the company has about 50 orders per month,
an average check is €400. The more programs sold, the higher the income.
There are no earnings limits.
