We repair houses in the 15 largest cities in the United States. We generate leads, make sales, transfer orders to craftsmen for a commission. The team is completely remote, the majority are Ukrainians in Ukraine, there are also Filipinos. Only masters in the USA. Due to the increase in the number of leads - a vacancy for a sales manager has been opened. What are the advantages of this position?
