What you will do:
• Development and implementation of a B2C/B2B sales strategy in the US market
• Development and implementation of a strategy cooperation with distributors
• Collecting feedback from B2C/B2B users
• Conducting presentations/negotiations
• Formation of the sales department
• Keeping statistics and reporting
• Monitoring compliance with CRM system and IP telephony standards
• Implementation of department and sales development plans
You will succeed if you have:< br/>• From 2 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in the US market
• Experience in interacting with distributors and managing partnership relations
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
• High level of communication skills for effective presentations and negotiations in English
• Knowledge of methods of collecting and analyzing customer feedback
• Ability to form and manage a sales team
• Ability to work with data and statistics, analyze sales figures and develop reports
• Ability to monitor compliance with standards of work with CRM systems and IP telephony
• Experience in the development and implementation of processes and work standards
• Orientation to results and strategic thinking
• Readiness for possible business trips to the USA
