Sales Manager (US market) in UkrVipService

We're looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator to implement sales plans, drive conversion rates, and ensure repeat sales to existing customers.

What we expect from your work results:

1. Implementation of the sales plan

2. Execution of the sales conversion rate from incoming inquiries

3. Repeat sales to existing customers

What will be included in your duties:

● Acceptance and processing of all incoming requests (calls, application from thewebsite, letter, messengers)

● Appointment and holding of meetings with potential clients

● Consulting and selection of the optimal solution for the client's tasks

● Work in the production program according to the business process

● Checking and clarifying information on the client's order before launching into production

● Regular and correct management of CRM

● Coordination and conclusion of contracts with clients

● Document flow control between the client and the company

● Control of the execution of tasks under the agreement at the appropriate stage

● Control of delivery of the order on time

● Setting additional tasks for responsible employees in the process of order production

● Filling data in the report table (daily, weekly, monthly)

● Active participation in all meetings related to sales quality action (certifications for knowledge of scripts, calibration, one-on-one meetings)
