Sales manager - Ukrainian Association of HR Professionals in Asociaciya HR Pro

Today, our portfolio includes more than 20 of our own profile products, in which leading experts of the national and international levels are involved.  We are the official provider of SHRM-SCP & SHRM-CP international certification in Ukraine, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. And also every year we represent Ukraine at the largest SHRM professional conference held in the USA. 

Due to the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a talented and energetic Sales Manager to join our team.

Your tasks in this position:

• conducting telephone negotiations, presentations, meetings with key clients of the company;    
• development of existing clients, maintenance of long-term relations with them, project work;    
• attracting new customers;   
• selling additional company services to existing partners. 

We expect from you:  

• 2 years of successful B2B sales experience;    
• experience of conducting negotiations with top management of companies;    
• ability to create trusting and long-term relationships with clients;    
• activity (we have a busy work schedule);    
• presentability, sociability;  
• good command of the Ukrainian language; English language level - Upper-intermediate;  
• competent and well-articulated speech.
