To continue winning, we need a team of the best. We are looking for Managers for inbound and outbound sales who will guide the client from hesitation to "successful implementation".
We are ready to invest in you:to teach you how to sell, get a boost from the head of the sales department, give support from a team leader, tools for sales and customers - everything that will help you first grow to our level, and then run ahead of the department.
Your future tasks:
- advise clients who come from advertising about our courses, as well as make calls to our base and offer new products to clients;
- find out and understand the customer's needs and communicate the value of our product that helps them achieve their goals;
- enter current data in CRM - HubSpot's top system in the world;
- correspond with clients by e-mail and messengers;
- getting a kick out of accomplishing and overachieving plans.
We will work if:
- you are driven by results and the desire to earn a lot;
- ready to learn scripts and learn sales techniques;
- you know how to give 120% and do better than your competitors;
- you want to sell an "ecological" product that will be valuable for the client;
- you speak Ukrainian perfectly.
Now to the point - how much?
On average, a beginner in the sales department earns 18 thousand UAH, after 2-3 months - 30-40 thousand, and top-level managers reach 90-150 thousand UAH. There is no limit, it all depends from your motivation, efficiency and the number of closed deals!
For example, our newcomer Oleksiy without experience in sales earned UAH 24,567 in the 2nd month. And the top manager Maxim earned UAH 93,245 on average in 6 months. And these numbers are growing - with the implementation of KPI's and the plan sales, your grades will also increase, which means a higher % of the closed deal.
