The department and direct supervisor: Sales Department, Head of VP/CEO. Duties for the manager Implementation of the sales plan of the division for work with manufacturers. Interaction with customers using all available means of communication. Establishing long-term partnership relations with customers-manufacturers. manufacturers to their equipment, modernization of existing systems. Support of the client to the execution of the agreement, control of payments and delivery of the order. Solving non-standard issues in the work of subordinates. Organization of the work of the subdivision and management of sales of the team, through personal interaction with the group's customers, as well as the organization of the work of managers and engineers subordinated. Attracting new customers, making presentations of the company and the company's product, reaching agreements and transferring the customer to the manager's support. Expectations Previous experience in technical sales (equipment, parts, engineering solutions, projects, etc.). The ability to negotiate at any level, the ability to form and present an idea. Has leadership qualities, knows how to organize both himself and the work around him, is responsible, knows how to work with motivation and is self-motivated. Proactivity in life, the ability and desire to learn new things, to develop (professionally, including) and focus on the result. Our ideal candidate has the following knowledge (at least familiar): functions and principles of operation of hydraulic system units; the basics of hydraulic system design; the ability to read and draw up hydraulic diagrams. We offer official employment after a trial period (for desire). Earn from UAH 25,000, in accordance with the fulfillment of KPI and with a % of sales.
