- Implementation of the sales plan of the division working with manufacturers.
- Interaction with customers using all available means of communication.
- Establishment of long-term partnership relations with manufacturing customers.
- Development of new systems for the requests of manufacturing customers for their equipment, modernization existing systems.
- Supporting the client to sign the agreement, controlling payments and delivery of the order.
- Resolving non-standard issues in the work of subordinates.
- Organizing the work of the subdivision and managing sales of the team , through personal interaction with the clients of the group, as well as organizing the work of managers and subordinate engineers.
- Attracting new clients, presenting the company and the company's product, reaching agreements and handing the client over to the manager for support.

- Previous experience in sales. A plus: if teamled experience, if in the technical field.
- Ability to negotiate at any level, ability to form and present an idea.< /li>
- Has leadership qualities, knows how to organize both himself and the work around him, is responsible, knows how to work with motivation and is self-motivated.
- Proactivity in life, ability and desire to learn new things, develop (professionally , including) and focus on the result.
