Vacancy: Sales manager Job description: We are expanding the team! We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Manager for our company "Luminary, Beauty Tech Solutions". You will need to attract new customers, expand our customer base and ensure sales of our high quality equipment for beauty salons and aesthetic medicine clinics. After showing the results, we consider the candidacy for Team Lead, head of the sales department. Responsibilities: Finding and contacting potential customers, including beauty salons, aesthetic medicine clinics, masters Warm leads and working with a cold base Conducting product presentations and demonstrating its benefits Negotiating and concluding agreements with customers Maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with registered customers Monitoring competitors and gathering market information Continuous improvement knowledge about products and new trends in the beauty industry Negotiating with customers on the phone, in messengers and in chats of social networks (Instagram, FB) Managing customers in CRM Requirements: Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preference is given in the field of equipment sales (we teach) High motivation, energy and the ability to work in a team Excellent communication and negotiation skills The ability to confidently present products and convince customers High self-organization and the ability to work with minimal supervision We offer: Competitive salary and bonus system for achieving indicators.
