We work in the field of construction services, and this is one of the most promising areas, doors, windows, furniture are always sales with a high check.

In connection with the expansion of our network, we are looking for not just a sales manager, but a like-minded person who is ready to learn new things, develop and grow with us!

What we need from you:

• hard-working, proactive, honest, stress-resistant, team player
• mandatory ability to work with a PC
• knowledge of 1C, CRM and other work optimizers — welcome
• experience in the field of sales - a must, experience in sales of doors and related building products - welcome
• ability to study, elementary mathematical knowledge, skills in handling objections, ability to communicate (required) and to achieve set goals

• We offer decent and stable remuneration (rate + % + bonuses) (details in the interview);
• We teach to work in all modern programs: 1C, CRM, Excel
• We guarantee communication with clients by phone, at a personal meeting in a store, in messengers .
• Working schedule: 5/2, Mon-Fri 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Sat-Sun 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (floating weekends by agreement with the team)
• Several varesidents of the location (right and left banks)
