Position area of responsibility
Effective management of regional sales: national networks, implementation of territory management strategies, management of sales teams, Distributors, local GSM networks in order to achieve set goals and tasks of the Company in the assigned territory
Functional duties:
- Management of the accountable territory and a team of active sellers in stores;
- Development of the entrusted territory;
- Planning the work of a trusted team of active TT direct channel sellers to achieve goals in the accountable territory; setting verbal and written goals for each team of active TT sellers - for the most effective sales process and effective activity of each TT, providing all necessary resources to the team of active Partners sellers;
- Working with Partners;
- Ensuring compliance of business activities of Partners with established criteria, preparation and implementation of Development Plans for Partners, if necessary;
- Regular visit to sales points in accordance with the approved schedule (audit), at least once a week, with the aim building mutually beneficial relationships;
- Analysis and evaluation of tasks performed by Partners. Timely adjustment of Partners' goals;
- Assessment of the performance of tasks of each TT, summing up on a regular basis. Timely adjustment of goals for a team of active TT sellers.
Minimum requirements:
- Higher education;
- 3+ years of work in the field of sales;
- PC skills: MS Office;
- Driver's license: Category B, 2-3 years of experience.
