To continue achieving victories, we are looking for a Sales Manager who can convince clients from "I need to think about it" to "Send the invoice, I’ll pay today."
We are ready to help you to become the best in sales. We will teach, support and provide you all the necessary tools so that you can feel confident and ready to reach new heights. Your manager will always be there to support and inspire you to achieve success.
What you will do:
- Close successful deals
- Communicate with clients via phone and online meetings, occasionally offline
- Develop, present, and negotiate commercial proposals
- Prepare and sign contracts and invoices (if needed)
- Help clients set up their projects and provide training
- Enter up-to-date data into the CRM
- Build relationships with other departments 😊
- Enjoy and earn from achieving the plan.
We will be a perfect match if you:
- Have 1+ year of experience in B2B sales and want to work in this field
- Have English proficiency at B2+
- Have Romanian proficiency at C1+
- Are okay with working in an office in Bucharest
- Are willing to learn the technical aspects of the products and can explain them in simple terms
- Can give 120% effort and outperform competitors
- Are driven by results and the desire to earn a lot.
Not mandatory, but a significant plus:
- Experience in Telecom, SaaS companies, IT outsourcing, or Digital agencies.
