LANARS is a hardware and software development company. We help Northern European customers improve their businesses with innovative technology. We specialize in the Internet of Things, the Industrial Internet of Things, Embedded systems, PCB boards, mobile applications, websites and web solutions, new products, CRM & ERP systems, and custom enterprise solutions.
At present, the company has several successful projects and requires a specialist to assist in organizing sales. Your efforts will not only contribute to the company’s profit but will also be rewarded at a rate of 10% of the deals closed with clients.
To achieve success, you will collaborate with the Chief Delivery Officer, CTO, CEO, and the marketing department.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek and engage new clients through outbound methods.
- Analyze the market and initiate contact with potential clients.
- Conduct negotiations and identify client needs.
- Collaborate with the technical team and other internal colleagues to meet client requirements.
- Present products and close deals.
- Generate ideas for sales improvement.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English at C1 level.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales manager in an IT company.
- Experience with lead generation tools like Upwork (GigRadar) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar.
- Excellent communication skills for the European market.
- Experience in closing sales deals with clients.
