Hello! My name is Khrystyna, I am a recruiter of one of the most popular English language schoolsAntiSchool. We are gaining momentum, so we are looking for ambitious and energetic managers of introductory English classes.

AntiSchool is We develop creative language courses that aim to get every student talking. We teach more than 10,000 English and other students at the same time.

Our ideal candidate is a goal-oriented, energetic person with sales experience and sufficient level of conversational English.Experience may be minimal, but the desire to develop in the field of sales and quickly learn new information is important for us.

You are our candidate if:

• you have experience of 6 months or more in the field of sales;
• you are comfortable communicating in English, you know it at the level of A2+ and above;
• you understand the stages of sales and are able to work with objections (desirable, but not mandatory);
• you want to develop in the field of sales;
• you know how to find a common language with people.

Tasks in this position are interesting and diverse:

• conducting trial classes on video communication on our platform. Trial lesson lasts 50 minutes;
• determining the client's English level;
• presentation of school products;
• sale of packages of individual classes;
• performance sales plans and achievement of company targets (conversion).

Work schedule:

• 30 or 40 hours per week(the schedule is formed by the manager independently, under the conditions of opening"hot hours": p Mon-Fri from 14:00-21:00; Satfrom 10:00 00—15:00)
