We are looking for a sales manager who will not just sell, but form reliable, long-term cooperation with companies that produce, import and export oils, mineral fertilizers, petroleum products and other goods or raw materials that are transported in bulk cargo.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has experience as a logistician or sales manager in a forwarding company engaged in bulk road transportation or in wholesale sales of petroleum products, raw materials for the food industry and other bulk goods or raw materials;
- Able to make telephone sales with a warm and cold B2B customer base;
- Able to to achieve trust and engagement of the client based on our reliability, quality of our services and ability to deal with objections;
- Able to assess the potential client's need for transportation and offer the most favorable terms of cooperation;
- Ready to work in a highly competitive environment;
- Decided to make efforts to develop his portfolio of regular customers from the base company contacts for further management and development of cooperation;
- Maintains honest and transparent communication with the client in the event of force majeure logistical issues, focusing on their resolution;
- Maintains the customer base in the CRM system.
We offer:
- Working schedule: Mon-Fri, from 9:00 a.m. to 18:00
- Remote work format
- Salary from UAH 30,000 to UAH 90,000 and more depending on the level (Junior, Middle, Senior) and the number of shipments per month
- Adaptation period — training at the academy and with the support of a mentor
