We are actively looking for a Logistics Services Sales Manager for our partner - an international logistics company that has been providing reliable freight transportation around the world for several years.
The company works with sea, air, road and rail transportation, has a wide partner network in the EU, Asia and the USA, and helps customers effectively manage their deliveries from the manufacturer to the final destination consumer.
Main responsibilities:
- Active search and attraction of new customers, as well as development of cooperation with existing partners;
- Sale of international logistics services (FCL/LCL, air, car, multimodal transportation);
- Conducting negotiations, preparation of commercial offers, support of agreements at all stages;
- Maintaining the client base in CRM, working with "warm" contacts and requests;
- Cooperation with the operations department, customs brokers, transportation partners;
- Implementation of the sales plan and participation in the development of the company's client portfolio.
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales:
- Junior — from 1 year;
- Middle — from 2 years;
- Active position, communicative, result and client oriented;
- Ability to negotiate, present solutions, work with objections;
- Experience in the field of international logistics, understanding of supply chains, Incoterms, types of transportation and basic customs procedures is welcome;
- English language at a level not lower than Intermediate will be advantage.
