Hello! We are GoITeens - an innovative IT community and educational platform for teenagers, where they acquire relevant technical knowledge, develop soft skills, and also learn to work in teams and create their own commercial projects!

Manager of individual consultations conduct not only individual consultations (IR) and makes a sale, communicates (leads the client) after the consultation, with the goal of closing the deal - a sale. Working with a warm base, no cold sales. All clients come precisely with advertisements on request and have already been pre-processed by the call center.

Tasks of the manager of individual consultations (MIC):

• conducting online video consultations on the product - presentation of courses;
• providing recommendations to the client on choosing an online course and advising on the benefits of online learning;
• sale of courses during consultation, sales processing (working with payment documents);
• filling out reports on the status of clients, working in CRM and excel tables

• fixed hourly payment for each consultation + percentage of sales + bonuses (KPI);
• part-time employment (from 20 hours per week), remote work, flexible schedule that you create for yourself

Key requirements: < /p>

• ability to easily get along with strangers, lack of fear of making presentations on camera (GoogleMeet, Zoom);
• availability of a computer, a good webcam and access to a stable, fast Internet;
• the ability to quickly learn new information in large volumes;
• good pronunciation;
• sales experience, or experience in customer support/ call center
